SHIPPING POLICY

We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS POLICY

I take great pride in my work and the quality of the prints and I want you to be completely happy with your investment in my art. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your print or if your order has not arrived within 14 days of placing it, please do not hesitate to contact me right away from my Contact page.

Unopened prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery or exchanged for another print. Prints must be returned in new condition and packaged carefully in the original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping charges. There is a 15% restocking fee charged for items returned in their original packaging. Your refund will be issued as soon as I receive the returned print. Please contact me from my Contact page if you would like to arrange a return or exchange.

We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination. In the event that you receive a damaged or defective print, please let me know within 7 days of receipt, and I will arrange for a new print to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.
